How are bug created?

Computer system infections are produced by people who wish to trigger damage to others, or who desire to gain control over someone else's computer system. The easiest method to create a virus is to take some existing code and modify it slightly. This new code can then be dispersed to others, who might unwittingly run it by themselves computers.
